Daniel Schmidt

Solicitor

Daniel was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in November 2021 and to the High Court of Australia in March 2024. With a diverse legal background spanning both litigation and transactional work, Daniel has gained experience from working in both small suburban practices to large national firms across Sydney and Newcastle.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Law (Honours), both completed at the University of Newcastle in July 2021. His areas of practice include Succession, Contested Estates, and Family Law, working across both the Federal and New South Wales court systems.
